Taieb ZITOUNI, Founder
Mr. T. Zitouni, an engineer from the Ecole Centrale de Paris and a graduate of the Paris Institute of Political Studies, Economics and Finance option, has a multidisciplinary experience in Industry and Finance.
As an engineer, Taieb ZITOUNI was employed at Electricité de France (1979-1982) at the Research and Development Department (RDD) and at the Equipment Division (SEPTEN) for the study of thermal power and nuclear plant projects..
Mr. Zitouni has had, in Tunisia, an industrial experience in mechanical engineering and since 1991, an experience in corporate finance and projects.
In the banking field, Mr. Zitouni was Director at the Studies Department of the Tunisian Qatari Bank, then Director of Projects Realization and finally Director of Credits and Participations.
Likewise, he was Executive Director and then Managing Director of a merchant bank that manages, among other things, several investment funds.
In these two capacities, he has participated in the financing studies, the realization and the exploitation follow-up of dozens of projects in all fields of industry and services.
Mohamed SABBAH, a graduate of the Paris School of Chemistry (1973), spent most of his career in the Tunisian Chemical Group where he participated in a large number of development projects in Tunisia and abroad. He was plant director at SIAPE (Industrial Phosphoric Acid and Fertilizer Company). In China, he led the construction of a chemical fertilizer plant in a tripartite partnership: Tunisia, Kuwait, China. He then held the position of Technical General Director of the Tunisian Chemical Group.
Throughout his career, Mohamed SABBAH has been associated with many development programs and supported the creation and evolution of several industrial entities and participated in numerous partnership project studies with Turkey, India, Poland…
Holder of a master’s degree in accounting management obtained at the Institut Supérieur de Gestion in 1978 and who has benefited from numerous training courses in Management, Petroleum Tax, Organization, … Mr. Rachid MTIMET has spent his entire professional career in the Oil and Gas Sector. Tunisia. He rose through the ranks at ETAP where he was CFO from 1990 to 1998. He was then seconded as Administrative and Financial Director to Joint Oil and from 2008 to 2014 he joined the company. ETAP as Central Financial Director.
